The short version

What it is

Exosome-based regenerative protocols chosen by a physician-led team.

Who it's for

Adults who want a personalized wellness plan and are comfortable paying out of pocket.

What it costs

Cash-pay. You get exact pricing in writing at your consult.

What happens first

A few quick questions, then a consult with a clinician. No treatment before that.

What we don't do

Bill insurance, promise results, or say these protocols treat or cure a condition.

What it is

Regenerative care, explained in plain language

Exosomes are tiny particles that cells naturally release. They carry signals from one cell to another. Exosome-based protocols use products made from these particles.

At Philadelphia Medical Group, our clinicians choose a protocol based on your goals and health history. At your consult they explain what the product contains, where it comes from, and what is and is not known about it, so you are never guessing.

Depending on the protocol, treatment may be given by IV infusion, intramuscular injection, or inhalation. Your clinician tells you which applies to you.

What we do and do not claim

We do not claim that these protocols diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Results vary from person to person and are not guaranteed.

These treatments are FDA regulated, not FDA approved. We tell you that up front because you deserve to hear it from us first.

Is this right for you?

Who this is for, and who it is not

Regenerative care is a good match for some people and not for others. Read both columns before you book.

A good fit if you:

  • Want a physician-led plan built around your goals, not a one-size-fits-all package.
  • Are comfortable paying out of pocket for wellness care.
  • Are ready to share your health history, medications, and questions.
  • Understand that results vary and nothing is guaranteed.
  • Are willing to hear "wait" or "not right now" if that is the clinician's advice.

Probably not a fit if you:

  • Are looking for care that is billed to insurance.
  • Want a same-day decision without a clinician review.
  • Are looking for a diagnosis or a treatment plan for a specific condition.
  • Expect a guaranteed outcome.
  • Have a medical history that our clinicians identify as a reason to wait.

Who our clinicians may advise to wait or choose a different path: people who are pregnant or nursing, people with certain medical conditions, and people who take certain medications. This is why we review your full history before recommending anything. The short questions below are only a first check, not a medical evaluation.

What it costs

Cash-pay, and clear before you commit

Regenerative protocols are not covered by insurance, and we do not bill insurance. Here is exactly how pricing works.

Cash-pay only

Payment is due from you directly. Please do not book expecting insurance to reimburse or cover any part of this.

Priced to your plan

Cost depends on the protocol and number of visits your clinician recommends. You receive the exact price in writing at your consult.

Options after your plan

Payment and financing options are discussed after you have your written plan, so you can decide with the full picture.

Our programs

Protocols we offer

EXM & EXO Elite
ExoMove
ExoNeuro
EXO Muscle

You do not need to pick one. Your clinician recommends a protocol, or tells you none is appropriate, only after reviewing your history. Some guests are advised to wait or to look at other options.

Questions

Everything people ask before booking

If your question is not here, call us at (215) 383-9936 and we will answer it before you book.

The basics
What are exosomes?

Exosomes are tiny particles that cells naturally release to carry signals to other cells. Exosome-based protocols use products made from them. Your clinician explains what your specific product contains and where it comes from.

Is this a stem cell treatment?

Our protocols are exosome-based. Your clinician explains exactly what is in the protocol they recommend, so you know what you are receiving.

Is it FDA approved?

These treatments are FDA regulated, not FDA approved, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Your clinician reviews this with you at your consult.

Do you treat my condition?

We do not diagnose or treat conditions through this program, and we do not promise specific outcomes. Your clinician talks through your goals and tells you honestly what is and is not realistic.

Cost and insurance
Does insurance cover this?

No. Regenerative protocols are cash-pay and we do not bill insurance. Please do not book expecting reimbursement.

How much does it cost?

It depends on the protocol and the number of visits your clinician recommends. You receive the exact price in writing at your consult, before you decide anything.

Can I use HSA or FSA funds?

Eligibility depends on your plan administrator and we cannot guarantee it. Please check with them directly, and we do not give tax advice.

Do you offer payment plans or financing?

Payment and financing options are discussed after you have your written plan, so you can weigh them against the full price.

Who it's for
Who is a good candidate?

Adults who want a physician-led wellness plan, are comfortable paying out of pocket, and are ready to share their health history. Every candidate is confirmed by a clinician.

Who might be told to wait or not to proceed?

People who are pregnant or nursing, people with certain medical conditions, and people who take certain medications may be advised to wait or choose a different path. Your clinician decides after reviewing your history.

What if I take medications?

Bring a list. Your clinician reviews it with you as part of deciding whether a protocol is appropriate.

Your visit
What happens after I answer the questions?

If the questions show this may be a fit, you are asked for your contact details. Our team then follows up to schedule your consult. Nothing is scheduled or charged until you and our team confirm it.

What happens at the consult?

A clinician reviews your history, medications, and goals. They tell you whether a protocol is appropriate, explain the options and risks, and give you a written plan with pricing.

How is treatment given?

Depending on the protocol, by IV infusion, intramuscular injection, or inhalation. Your clinician tells you which applies to you.

How long does a visit take?

Most treatments take under an hour. Your clinician gives you a clear timeline for your own plan.

How many visits will I need?

That depends on your plan. You see the schedule and pricing in writing at your consult.

Results and safety
What results can I expect?

Results vary and are not guaranteed. Your clinician explains what is and is not realistic for you.

Are there risks or side effects?

Any treatment has possible risks. Your clinician reviews them, and what is and is not known about your protocol, before you decide.
